Our appointment will be 50 minutes long.
It is advisable at the end of each session to secure your next appointment as they do get booked up far in advance, block booking is also advisable for less short term clients.
My fee for sessions is £50/session.
After the first session if you decide to book in for another session this is paid for upon booking and can be paid for by either card (contactless or chip & PIN) or cash.
Block bookings are offered at a reduced rate
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment, or rearrange. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours then the full fee will be payable.
I am happy to reschedule appointments if given 24 hours notice (exclusive of weekends).
Unfortunately if you arrive late we will be unable to complete a full session. However we will make the most of what time we do have.
There is no onsite car park, however there are some close options (Rhiw/Simply Park). There is free on street disabled parking (limited spaces available) on the opposite side of the road to the building.
In the main building there are toilet facilities for visitors to use.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before our appointment start time as the space is limited for waiting in the building.
The entrance is behind the stone porchway (walk round the back of the stone porchway and you'll see the entrance on the right hand side as per pictures on Counselling Room tab)
I am located in Singer House, 10 Court Rd, Bridgend. This is the same location that a collection of counsellors work from, they are known as Horizons. To drive use postcode CF31 1BN in your Satnav.
Parking options are available nearby, some of which may be free and some payable.
If coming by public transport , Bridgend train station is 60 metres away. Bridgend bus station is a 5 minute walk away.
I am required to work in line with government guidelines with regards to Covid-19 precautions.
All requirements for PPE have been removed however if you feel unwell I would ask that you take appropriate precautions, I am more than happy if you want to wear a face mask or visor if this makes you feel more comfortable.
